Once considered a symbol of Soviet-era luxury and innovation, the old control tower in Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan, Armenia is now abandoned and facing demolition. With its use of raw concrete, geometric shapes, and a focus on functionality, the old control tower stands as a prime example of brutalist architecture and a reminder of the changing architectural landscape of Modern-day Armenia.
