Thank you for your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mail@karkoot.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address provided on this page. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with detailed documentation of the defect to obtain a return authorization number. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, write the RA # on the box, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
